Hi, I'm Mae Caime

If there's one thing I've learned over the years, it's this: life doesn't end at a certain age. In many ways, it finally begins...

I'm a Visionary, Business Builder, Registered Nurse, Certified Integrative Health Coach, Speaker, Event Curator, Former Healthcare CEO, and lifelong believer that our best chapters are still waiting to be written.

Over the years, I've been incredibly humbled to receive awards and recognitions for leadership, community service, healthcare, and the impact I've had the privilege of making in the lives of others.

While every honor is deeply appreciated, they have never been my motivation. My greatest reward has always been seeing someone leave stronger, healthier, more confident, or inspired to believe in themselves again.

For more than four decades, I've had the privilege of caring for people in hospitals, leading healthcare organizations, mentoring teams, building businesses, and creating experiences that bring women together in meaningful ways.

Throughout my career, one thing became crystal clear: women are incredible at taking care of everyone else.

They care for their families, their careers, their businesses, and their communities. Yet somewhere along the way, they often forget to care for themselves.

That realization became my mission. Not simply to help women live longer, but to help them live better. I want women to embrace healthy aging with confidence, curiosity, laughter, purpose, and a sense of adventure.

As a healthcare CEO and executive leader, I had the honor of leading hundreds of employees while building a culture rooted in connection, collaboration, and heart. Those same values continue to guide everything I do today.

Whether I'm speaking on a stage, leading a women's event, moderating a panel, mentoring entrepreneurs, connecting remarkable people, or simply sharing a cup of coffee with someone who needs encouragement, my greatest joy is helping others discover what's possible.

People often call me "The Connector," and I wear that title with pride. I believe introductions can change lives, conversations can spark new beginnings, and one meaningful connection can alter someone's future forever.

I've seen extraordinary friendships begin, businesses flourish, careers pivot, collaborations form, and lives transform because someone simply took the time to make an introduction.

That's the power of genuine connection, and it's a philosophy I bring into every event I host, every stage I stand on, and every conversation I have.

Service has always been one of the greatest blessings of my life. Through volunteer medical missions in Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, and Bali, I've had the privilege of caring for communities around the world.

Those experiences reminded me that compassion speaks every language and that, no matter where we live, we all long for hope, health, dignity, and human connection. They forever shaped the way I lead, serve, and love.

I'm also proud to have served as Ms. New York Senior America 2023, where I embraced the opportunity to challenge outdated stereotypes about aging and inspire women to see every season of life as one filled with possibility rather than limitation.

Today, you'll often find me speaking about healthy aging, leadership, confidence, community, women's wellness, and the power of meaningful human connection. I'm passionate about creating experiences that move beyond inspiration and into action because transformation doesn't happen by simply listening. It happens when we decide to take the first step.

When I'm not working, you'll probably find me exploring somewhere new, traveling, riding a bike, spending time near the water, enjoying a great glass of red wine, discovering hidden gems, or saying "yes" to an adventure I've never tried before. I believe curiosity keeps us young and that life should never stop surprising us.

I'm a proud wife, mom of two amazing grown sons, healthcare advocate, community volunteer, and forever a student of life.

At this stage of my journey, I'm more energized than ever because I don't believe we're here simply to grow older - I believe we're here to keep growing, to keep learning, to keep laughing, to keep connecting, and, most importantly, to remind one another that it's never too late to create a life you absolutely love.

Hi, I'm Kelly Tallaksen

For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by the incredible capacity we all have to heal, grow, and transform from within.

My passion has always been helping people move beyond emotional pain and limiting beliefs so they can rediscover who they truly are.

Since opening my private practice in 2010, I've had the privilege of helping clients heal unresolved emotional trauma through gentle hypnosis, neuro-repatterning, holistic psychology, and spiritual healing.

There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing someone release the weight they've carried for years and step into a life filled with greater peace, confidence, and authenticity.

I am a Board-Certified Hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists, an NGH Certified Instructor, and proudly serve as President of the National Guild of Hypnotists Long Island Chapter.

My educational journey includes a Doctorate in Metaphysical Hypnosis, a PhD in Holistic Life Counseling, and advanced training in Holistic Psychology, Parts Healing and Integration, Shadow Work, HeartMath™, Healing Generational Trauma, Deep Neural Repatterning, and Spiritual Healing.

Education has always been an important part of my mission because I believe understanding ourselves is one of life's greatest gifts. I'm also the author of three books Healing Our Unhealed Parts, The Voiceless Soul: Expressing and Releasing Deep Fears of Unworthiness, and How to Break the Barriers to Self-Love.

Writing has given me another way to reach people, and my articles on human consciousness and the soul have been published in numerous online health forums. I'm also excited to be the co-producer of the upcoming short film The Voice of Spirit, inspired by my book The Voiceless Soul.

Over the years, I've been honored to speak on stages both locally and internationally, sharing practical tools that help people transform negative thought patterns into empowering beliefs.

I've also had the opportunity to appear on podcasts, television, radio programs, and in magazines, always with the goal of making emotional healing and personal growth more accessible.

I'm deeply honored to have received recognition from organizations including the International Association of Top Professionals as Top Hypnotist and one of the Top 50 Fearless Leaders for 2024, as well as recognition from Herald Long Island Businesswomen of the Year, Who's Who in America, and Who's Who of Professionals.

While I'm grateful for these acknowledgments, the greatest reward will always be seeing lives transformed.

Beyond my practice, I love giving back to both my professional and local communities. As President of the Long Island Chapter of the National Guild of Hypnotists, I host monthly meetings that provide education, inspiration, and valuable resources for fellow practitioners.

I'm also the co-creator of an annual Long Island holiday celebration that brings together those on a spiritual path while raising funds for local charities.

I'm also a proud mom of two grown daughters. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me reading, cooking healthy meals, listening to music, caring for animals in need, or enjoying a game of pickleball.

I truly believe healing is a lifelong journey - not about becoming someone different, but about uncovering the remarkable person you've always been.
